Called Mixedish. it's about the childhood of the mom on Blackish. and deals with how the 80's felt about half black half white kids. apparently they go to school on their first day and all the white kids and all the black kids bully them

apparently it is. I've only ever seen a few random episodes of Blackish but never seen Grownish. I might watch this just cause it's set in the 80s

Two spin offs? She was in high school from the first season. Show first aired like 5 years ago and the probably filmed the year before so she would have been around 13-14 at the time?
