pretty darn good, despite mysterio's plan being obvious.

i like homecoming a little more though.
the action was better in this, but homecoming had more humor.

well there were 3 showings at the same time (another regular and a 3d), so maybe the other showings had that.

only around 30-40 people in mine.

i also think a lot of the idiots who clap and cheer do so once others start doing it. if nobody starts then they won't

Lol the irony is that those people never leave their home so they don't know how to act when they're in public.

It's not obvious to people who don't know the character. I mean, I know Mysterio is a villain, but I thought he would be good in this one and then maybe turn bad later since all I know about him is that he's a villain.

I know Mysterio was some kind of special effects specialist; so I was kinda expecting the backstab. I enjoyed the first fight with him; it really showed his "powers." The "reveal" was a little too much exposition for me.

Going in, I was still not a fan of this MJ, but she really grew on me in this movie. It's probably her obsession with Death and morbid sense of humor. And they're kinda adorable together. It was kinda sad at the start of the movie when you didn't see her much and she was always with Brad. Things really looked up once she ditched Brad to talk with Peter. BUT THEN PETER DID THE THING AND ARGH. OKAY, I GET IT, BUT ALSO ARGH.

Overall, I think it was pretty good. Excited to see what the next movie will be about.

Also, I still don't trust the Skrulls.

I really hope they don't make us wait years for the next Spidey movie just to follow up on that cliffhanger. But I'm not sure what other movie would be a good one to touch upon it.
