That's only true if you're blending it enough to heat it up or you're storing it. You lose minimal amounts of nutrients blending it like a normal person and immediately drinking it. Just whatever is destroyed from oxidation.

Yeah it was a big shock to me too. Apparently when you blend a banana and I want to say most fruits in general but dont quote me, that youre getting rid of the fiber and basically just breaking it down into sugar.
