I can't stand it

Only do it because people seem to love asking me something or saying something that needs a response out of me literally right after I put food in my mouth. I won't initiate talking with food in my mouth otherwise.

I got tired of having to do the whole hold a finger up to tell them to wait.

So long story short, don't like it don't ask me something right as I'm shoveling food into my mouth.

This. I get unreasonably irritated at people that do this. It's just really rude and obnoxious. I'm just like, "are you such an ignorant savage that you just really cant keep your goddamn mouth shut while eating?"

Yeah. I hate when folk slap their lips together when eating. Makes me want to slap their face with a raw fish called wonder.

That's fair, and I genuinely mean that.

Well I'm less quick to do that to people I don't know that well. That's sort of how I behave with family and friends.

On the chewing with the mouth open thing, it is gross sounding but I'd go light on a person if you know they have teeth problems. Had a tooth ache for a while years ago and some foods forced me to do it just so it wouldn't hurt. I eventually got that tooth dealt with so it's no longer a problem.

Oh my God this x10, both my parents do this at restaurants, immediately after I shove food in my mouth the waiter comes and asks and my parents always default to me when I clearly am eating the appetizer.
