I've played guitar for about a decade now. Just transferring the playing skills into writing and recording skills.

Man recording is TOUGH! There is so much more to it than just slamming a mic in front of your gear and letting loose. It's an art all in itself.

Anyways, if anybody is interested I upload my progress, most songs are incomplete, but mostly there. Most songs are really just an excuse to shred.

Anyone else ever try doing this? Any tips you can give me? I program the drums, play everything else myself.

I try to do a different genre with each song. Keeps it challenging and interesting for me.
