300k brand new built from the ground up. It just doesnt match us at all. I didnt put any money into this because I used a VA loan I actually got 4 grand back from closing costs reimbursement. But I just dont like the quality that the builders do this shit. Lowest bidder bs, everything just looks nice but is of the worst quality

We need a smaller house with a bigger yard
