I work from 10pm-6am as a cook at Jack in the Box. I'm really considering it. If this topic gets me 30 post. I'll do a hour workout. I need your guys motivation.

Working out before working a shift at a job where you have to be on your feet and interact with other people directly is always a really good idea. You will feel happier, more energetic, and likely be more productive and overall have a better time at work.

Seriously, this is one of my old secrets. I highly recommend you do it. You'll be able to feel the results first-hand and be like "Yeah, Henry was right!!!"

Keep working out then. More often. do some sprints a couple times a week. Eat good diet too.
