Gen Y got the best deal since they basically got all of the best 80s stuff, which included endless reruns of the boomer cartoons, and were still young enough in the 90s to enjoy all of that too.

Rocko's Modern Life was the show that introduced sexual innuendo to millennials without their parents knowing.

I was born in '88. In the early/mid 90s, I grew up on stuff like Alvin & the Chipmunks, Muppet Babies, Duck Tales, Tiny Toons, Rugrats, and Doug. In the late-90s/early 2000s, I grew up on shows like Dexter's Lab, Johnny Bravo, Ed Edd 'n' Eddy, Powerpuff Girls, and CatDog. In general, I also watched classic Looney Tunes, Tom & Jerry, Popeye, and Tex Avery shorts (like the ones where that wolf was always trying to escape Droopy, or get with that hot redhead).

Yeah, I'd say I had it pretty damn great in the cartoon department.

Because too many of our parents wouldn't let us watch The Simpsons :/ Eh, I had a better appreciation for it when the DVDs came out during my college years.
