That's because you can't just go up to a random woman and tell them things like that. If you want to compliment them on their feet it would help if you tried making conversation with her first. The problem with guys having a foot fetish is that they don't know how to control their fetish and they wind up making themselves look stupid and come off as being creepy. Just because you like women's feet doesn't mean you can't look at that thing. You gotta look at the person to.
