A lot of the game discs are made in Mexico, dont know if that means anything.

I work in a game store and we only get things from the distributor a couple days early.

So it's an actual distributor probably black market selling them, or an employee snagged a copy.

Possible they took it from a reviewer as well. Review copies are out.
