I've worked in a lot of call centers, unfortunately. Currently work for Sprint.. Dialing out to customers who gave 0 ratings on their surveys. So I'm calling to ask "if their issues have been resolved" to which they always angrily respond no, of course. And they're angry because theyve already been told we cant help them. So I'm reaching out to waste their time and have them repeat their complaint for 10 minutes just for me to be like "oh well, yeah,the last agent was right, we cant help you." Fucking hate my job. The "pros" I guess are that on most days we get more voicemails than answers. I also distort/deepen my voice a little bit during my intro so it's not too obvious but I just naturally kinda sound like a robot caller guy or whatever. So I get a lot of people to hang up lol. Also a 5 minute walk from my home.. closest I've ever lived to a job. That would suck to lose.. But the people there are assholes. Class started with over 30 we are down to less than 10. Kinda feel bad for management. Super ghetto place lol I have missed a lot of work and really just stopped caring. They wont even write me up or talk to me. They need people so badly.
