I have been a NEET for over a decade. I dropped out of school at 15, and have never been employed. Instead I spent my time on the computer for 16-18 hours per day playing games or browsing the internet, and consequently I have forward head posture, rounded shoulders, and a hunchback. The physical impact of my NEETdom can be seen and it is disgusting, but my main concern is the impact long term NEETdom may have had on my brain. I think the cognitive decline could have been prevented had I spent time on intellectually stimulating activities, but instead I let my brain rot.
