1. A police department acceptance Is a million times harder than any bootcamp

That shows us two things. You have no idea wtf you are talking about. And you cant be bothered to know what you are talking about.

I wonder what's harder a military program that literally accepts anyone like me when I was 17. With the army not even having a 10 percent failure rate with like 200 privates.

Or the police department I joined where over 5000 thousand applied in my class. 60 made the cut. And graduated with 28. And straight from wikipedia, considered the hardest or second hardest police academy in the country in terms of physical and academics knowledge. Along with an intense 6 month field training after bootcamp. And a 43 percent failure rate

And lastly, I am a minority. I treat other minorities the same with all equal fair treatment.

1. Youll have to forgive my assumption if your police academy truly had rigorous requirements unlike the vast majority of them. That is the exception, not the rule.

2. Youre hardly a minority. From pictures youve posted on here you could easily be mistaken for being white - thats a far cry from a true minority.
