BlameAnesthesia 10/20/18 1:44:41 PM #13:	I didn't like bloodborne my first attempt at a playthrough, but like a year later I tried it again (after having finished the rest of the souls games) and loved it. Ultimately if you are a fan of the souls genre, the natural progression is you evolve past shields and play more and more obscure builds. You try and "git gud" using literally anything and take it as a challenge. Bloodborne just happened to be a game that had that philosophy in mind from the get go because From Software knew people just turtle behind shields as an easy way out. Actually give bloodborne a chance and get good at being aggressive. You cant invade solo hosts after they have been invaded once unless they summon or use dried finger. And Bloodborne you will only get invaded in the nightmare areas without summoning. I disagree man. Sorcery is easy mode in DS3. Aldrich, Crystal Sage, and the Twin Princes are the only difficult parts of playing as a sorcerer. You can kill most shit without getting close to it and most areas are wide open easy to hit and run and pick off enemies. Most bosses are easier since you're attacking from distance. The only easier run I had was poised up in Havels with Wolf Knight Sword. Perseverance WA on a greatsword is OP. Magic is also OP in DS2 until you get to the DLCs where ranged spells do like no damage for some reason. Now sorcery in DS1 has been a bit difficult for me. It hits hard and you get plenty casts. But its Mostly because there a so many tight corridors and cramped spaces its not as easy to hit and run. I dunno, yeah you could kill a lot of enemies safely at range, but you have to spread your stats a lot more widely with INT and ATT, not to mention having to split your estus charges.
