We talked on the phone. She was sounding quite sad. I could tell the difference in the tone of her voice.

I asked her if we should take things slow, and she responded by asking if i was drunk.

She said she has been thinking about a lot of stuff including her future and when i asked her if she was ok. she keep saying she fine.

Then she said its better to talk about it in person.

Is it time for me to start looking for a new woman at this point? What do you guys think.

She is wondering if you have a future with her.

Commit or get out. She sounds like she is at a turnig point and wants to know if youre going with her.

Offering to slow things down was a mistake if you want the relationship to continue. It probably made her think you were already thinking about it.

why is the first thing people think about is to look for another person before things are even officially over with someone?

Because it gets replies

Well I'll see her at work tomorrow. It's her time of the month, so that probably has a big part to play in why she was acting like this.

And I can't just move onto another woman like that. I was just talking like a "bad ass" when in reality I would protect this woman with my own life.

She's is an amazing woman. A sweetheart.
I guess she has had past relationship problems where guys were possessive of her and shit. I told her i dont want to know about her past, it's about moving forward.

If it's about a break up, it's fine. Life goes on.

EDIT: I never felt this way about my other exes, so that's why this shit feels different to me
