seems like he is entirely out of the public discourse and has been for a long time now.

Shame that they would ban him and yet let Trump roam free.

IIRC on the timeline, there was still an inflation of his prominence in the time between him being banned by Twitter and the pedophilia stuff that resulted in him being disowned by much of the right (and most importantly, the Mercers)

Pretty sure him being a pedo and/or defending pedos is what ended his relevancy.

To be fair, it Trump said "find a way to kill Twitter," the government could probably do it.

damn, i had no idea he was associated with pedophilia in any way. i guess this probably had the greater impact on making him entirely irrelevant compared to a simple twitter ban.

He also abruptly ended the growing left-wing pedophilia-sympathy movement, so I consider his presence a net positive.

From what I remember, his comments stemmed from his experience as a teenager when he had a relationship with an older Catholic priest. Taken in context, what he said wasn't that bad, especially compared to his opinions on other topics. Still glad not to hear about him anymore.

For the purpose of context it should be noted that the pedo association comes from when he was on the Joe Rogan podcast, he made light of own molestation and said that he, and boys like himself wanted it and the experiences were positive. He also emphasised that that certainly wasn't applicable in most scenarios.

Despite the popular interpretation, I don't really see that as an endorsement of pedophilia, let alone declaration of his own tendency for such things. I'll let you make up your own conclusion on that but I think clarity of context is important when such a contentious label is being thrown around.
