Hotdogs

I cut the sausage with a cross pattern on 2 sides, which then been pan-fried in oil, to get a crispy cracked skin, also for the next step.

When the sausage was done, I added butter, crushed dried tabasco peppers, black pepper to the pan, coated the sausages with that, to give them nice flavor and a spicy punch. The cuts helped the butter to get in the sausage better.

Buns I toasted on the inside by having them on the edges of my frying pan.

Quick pickled red onion on top with mustard and ketchup.
