i do eat a ton of food from lots of different cuisines and spend a lot of money per month eating out

things like korean fried chicken, pork bao buns, ribs, pretty much any thai, chinese or japanese food, brisket, duck, pulled pork, curry goat, beef tongue, ox cheek, coal roasted aubergine/baby gem lettuce, anything that's been charcoaled or roasted on a spit fire, etc

i'm starting to buy cookbooks and want to experiment with cooking anything that sounds good

food honestly gives me the greatest pleasure in life. definitely not a snob since i still get pleasure from eating at mcdonalds or wetherspoons or burger king (the onion rings are 10/10)

so much joy and taste from eating bone in chicken wings yet people want to remove it, wtf

"Glutton" is associated with overindulgence. You're probably looking for "epicure".

I always try to find ways to have new and interesting food and drink. My palate always craves more stimulation, but I have to balance it with my stomach.
