She said she had a hard time allowing herself to open up to people and let them in. She also said that she felt like she was dragging me down because I was always happy around her and exuded with positive energy while she was having a rough time in life at the moment felt like she only had negative things to talk about. I told her I was always happy when I was around her because she made me happy, and instead of dragging me down I was going to pull her up. A last important thing we talked about was that she felt I wasn't emotional enough around her. I guess she wanted to see me have a larger range of emotions and not only see me happy. Before we left we had a real heart to heart conversation and I told her how much she meant to me and stuff like that. We were both getting back little teary eyed at that moment.
