While preparing for a family Christmas dinner yesterday, one of my aunts, who is a retired nurse was talking to my sister, her husband, my in-laws, and my 21-year-old niece. She asked my sister, who is pregnant, if she thought she was going to have twins. My sister said she was sure she wouldn't. My aunt then says, "You know how to ensure that you'll have twins? Complete penetration!" Of course, we were all shocked.
