What do you normally order?

I try to have it once a month, the place I go to is quite out of my way. I have the day off today so looks like I'll be eating there!

Couple of months. I'm craving it, actually. I'm a chicken tikka masala person and cheese naan is dope.

I make an Indian dish every Thursday. Last night I made Chettinad Khozi Chicken and Saag Paneer.

If I go out to order, I usually stick with Rogan Josh and Keeman Naan.

I would definitely recommend trying it out. I will say that the quality can vary significantly from place to place though. The place that I used to go to before my current place has food that is quite bland in terms of being devoid of spices.

And even between locations, the restaurant I go to now has 2 locations and one of them is horrible. I actually considered the dish that I ate at one of them one of the worst things I've ever tasted.

I rarely go because the indian places close to me aren't very good. Theres on like an hour away that is great though. It's probably been like two years since I've had any indian food. I usually get lamb vindaloo or chicken tika masala.

Yeah, it's basically the General Tsos Chicken of Indian food. Also, it's not even truely Indian, but an English created "Indian" dish. Still tasty though.

Had a lamb over rice platter from the Halal food truck on campus a few weeks ago. I ate that a lot this semester, but I started getting tired of it.

My dad sometimes makes curry at home, not sure when the last time I had it was.

My go-tos are Chicken Korma, Palak Paneer, and Muttar Paneer

There's a place in my city that make the BEST samosas. They put paneer cheese inside them.

the trader joes frozen dinners are pretty good. I used to get them somewhat frequently but they are expensive.

I normally do an Indian buffet. Went to one... yesterday or Wednesday, I can't remember. $9.99 all you can eat. They don't have a huge selection any given day but it varies each day what they have and there's always a few good things.

Naan. Mandatory for every meal.
basmati rice. same.
good meat dishes:
butter chicken
tikka masala
curry chicken
tandoori chicken

vegetarian dishes:
aloo gobi
aloo matar
bhindi masala - don't see it often, its basically stir fried okra with curry spices. if you like fried okra give this one a shot.
samosa

honestly so long as the meat is chicken, there hasn't been any indian dish I have tried that I have disliked. Goat is also popular but I don't like goat, way too gamey.
