I've seen a lot of complaints from employees who work from Amazon, such as they need to "work hard" and "meet company targets".

Shoudn't these guys just be grateful they have jobs though? You don't need any education to be an Amazon warehouse laborer or driver - I'm sure the homeless guy starving to death on the sidewalk would trade spots with you in a heartbeat.

Having worked a job where your overseers ONLY care about targets; I can sympathise. Those jobs are absolutely soul-crushing, I would never go back to such a thing if I had the choice.

Any corp that perpetually has the "now hiring" sign stuck outside their window is guaranteed to be a shitty job.

It's similar to other unenviable occupations, like prostitution or sweat shop labor. It's difficult to be thankful when your only options are a bad one and an unacceptable one.

I worked at UPS (still do but in a much better position now). You bust your ass all day and the fact that you get paid the same as a fast food worker is embarrassing. At least UPS has a union, thought, so its not completely terrible like Amazon
