So my ass has been working out/keto since May 2017

I am at the point where I have a 4 pac, and the 2 bottom abs are covered by this small piece of fat which is common from what I researched

"It's the last to go" is what I saw when I googled the issue, but it has been this way for like 2 weeks. In order to lose it, I may have to wait months before I see results..........

Now I realize why so many people gives up doing this, it is so much easier to just work on arms and back. I definitely see why people with good bodies are always so against drinking/having fun like binging on pizza you literally need to put you preferences on hold if you don't want to jeopardize your progress. I mean, yea you can enjoy a cheat day once in a while but the guilt you feel is ridiculous

Are six pacs sexy? Yah

Are they worth it though? Absolutely not but I promised myself I would do it until the end <.<

A lot of it is genetics, and time training. However, you can get a 6-pack very easily if you just get very skinny. But having one with a good amount of muscle mass is difficult.

I've been training for years and I have abs year round just because I've built up the musclar base and remain relatively lean. But years ago, I was much smaller (10-15 pounds lighter) and I had almost no visible abs. Having abs while being musclar is really the result of years of consistency in training. The people who are afraid to have a piece of pizza are just irrational or full of shit. Your musclar base doesn't disappear from one piece of pizza, or even one weekend of bingeing.

There is a lot of truth to this. I want to emphasize though that it is definitely better to get abs with stronger muscle frame than be skinny and have tiny abs. It is also better looking and exactly what I have been trying to do. Your point on people being afraid to have pizza though, never seen anybody freak out over it nor have I read that, BUT I can totally see why people would think Pizza is poison in this case. One whole pie won't ruin your progress but most people can't handle the guilt/idea of doing something against getting your abs to show

I was too but I definitely learned a lot, especially on how the body works. An example would be the above pizza scenario, Pizza once in a while after a solid workout can be very beneficial, same with cookies and ice cream, I didn't realize that eating certain foods at specific times can actually benefit your body more in the long run

This was definitely a learning experience worth having
