because it got me super in shape for like one year of my life, relative to my normal fitness.

I was not a good player but the team was fun. First we'd run around and entire high school baseball field(all around the outskirts of the field), did a lot of stretching, and then after doing drills like blocking and such and then at the end some sprinting like suicides and stuff.

I've never been in shape since like age 9, but at the beginning of the season I could passably do those things, but at then end my little fatass was a pro. i could jog the whole thing and only be slightly tired, sprinting was easy. Even later that year in gym I finished a mile without stopping once, which i never did before or after. It was like 10 minute though.

could i do this today? probably not. but I should try.
