Don't Do a Barrel Roll!

Which of these games is the worst in your opinion?

Even though it's the game that is the most similar to Star Fox 64 on this poll, I think Zero is the worst of the bunch.
I had great fun playing even Command.

Do you mean overall, or tainted by its worst level?

'cuz I rather liked Star Fox Assault, but it has the worst level BY FAR in it.

If not that, then Command simply for being weird fan wank

Which level? The Aparoid base? That's the only one I didn't like replaying.

Anyway, Command is the worst. The story seemed like it was practically written by a furry on his fan fiction blog.

I believe so, I just remember it as Level 9 (but it could be 8, idk, it's been a while). It's simply too long, you have to do too much on foot stuff without health

Overall was the idea but it doesn't really matter which.

And yeah, that Aparoid level in Assault is major suckage.
The Multiplayer in Assault is fantastic though. I remember having so many good times with my friends playing that.

The story in Command is kinda weird but the gameplay is fun at least although it gets kinda repetitive after a while.

I've always had a soft spot for Adventures though. Fun game sprinkled with Rare-magic. In my opinion of course, I know how much hate it usually gets.

Zero is my least played SF game so far and that's because I can't quite get a grasp of the controls.
I want to like Zero but it's so hard to do it.

Adventures was just awful. Its sole redeeming feature was that it had amazing graphics at the time.

Assault had a mediocre singleplayer, but fantastic multiplayer. Command had weird controls, but was a decent enough game, even if I'd never play it again.

Haven't played Zero yet.

Did this poll really need an Other option? Are there even ten Star Fox games?

I've only played the first one and 64 (and a very small amount of 2). I've heard that after 64, they never really hit on that magic again, but I have a hard time imagining they could be worse than 1 and 2. The technology just wasn't there to make it a fun game on SNES.

I enjoyed Adventures, even though it should have never had the Star Fox brand slapped on it. I haven't played the other games on the list myself, but I voted for Zero. Using the same story yet again was lazy, and I'm disturbed by how the game's controls were mauled by Nintendo's stubbornness in forcing us to use the GamePad the way they wanted to.

star fox zero was clunky
action broken up by this stupid bomb disarmer droid that pushes giant buttons

star fox adventures sucked but I kind of saw where it was going
it just had too much padding with the walking back and forth it could have been enjoyable without that
but it wasn't the unpleasant experience Zero was

edit: now that I remember star fox adventures was still extremely short and there were these awful fetch quest

I got stuck with the strength test on adventures. But I'll tie it with assault. Zero would have been great but they somehow managed to find a way and f*** it up with the controls u_u

Of the two I've played (Star Fox and Star Fox 64) I'd have to vote Star Fox.

Well, the level itself isn't that bad - I mostly had a problem with the length of the walking sections since there's so little healing and no checkpoints while doing it.

adventures was great. sad that they went with a typical starfox final boss fight instead of sticking with the amazing theme from the rest of the game

How many people here have actually played Star Fox Zero or Command before they defaulted to saying Adventures was the worst?
