I just never used the invincibility Tanooki suit that you could use after you had died on a level a few times. Also the game technically ended well before you got even close to getting all the possible stars. Also I think most retro games in general were specifically designed with kids in mind - still, a lot of these are harder to master or even beat than 'mature' games that come out today. --- I am I - you are you.
