-in that one level, no covenants and living marines other than one were found

-that one panic marine screaming "you're not going to turn meinto one of those things" and shooting at you

-blood was everywhere in the few last rooms before entering the room with the cutscene that showed the video inside the helmet

-cutscene showing the flood killing the marines

The thing I always found creepy that no one talks about are the Pawns from Dragon's Dogma.

Clearly intelligent (even though the game claims they are not) sentient beings who are intentionally uneduated and enslaved to do the bidding of their master and their friends.

It's just slavery mixed with bloodsports and the fact no one even brings it up makes it even more creepy.
