My mom's friend's mom died a few months back and now she offered my friends and I to move in to her old house for $600 a month.

The thing is, it's in a pretty crappy neighborhood and it's a bit further away from the places I usually go, but it's a house and four of us are staying in it.
We might be moving soon and I hate moving.
