For lifters? I know what to eat and I'm very knowledgeable on the subject. But it's coming down to crunch time for day 0 at the police academy

I get bored really easily of chicken and white rice. I need snacks and smaller food ideas that are healthy so i don't get a craving for McDonald's

When I was overseas we just had a chow hall and it was so easy to micro and macro. I was eating exactly 1,100 calories a day, 200g of carbs, 100g of protein, 80g of fat and went from 190 to 165. I need to self discipline now

Yeah, McDonald's is coming in clutch. I don't start the academy for another month so I'm living what money I have left in my bank account so Its saving me a lot of money. Just spend a dollar or two to be full all day lol

Don't even have furniture yet lmao
