The Final Cut

the original theatrical cut with the voiceover has some value, especially if you aren't sure what's going on at certain parts, but the actual performance of the voiceover is pretty bad, and the ending of that version is so stupid. Any other version besides those two is obsoleted by The Final Cut.

Final Cut. Director's Cut is fine if that's all you have, the differences are relatively minor. Don't watch the theatrical version.
