She probably doesn't quite have a grasp on it yet and joined an online group. Usually the online groups can be pretty negative and tend to overreact over small things like horseback riding and bees lol.

yeah I know someone like that. also a person who became a cop and changed completely and another who got married and turned into a different person. it's always a bit uncomfortable when someone has a certain personality you're familiar with for like decades and then 1 thing makes them do a 180 on their personality. hard to understand tbh
