In the scene where Bryce Dallas Howard's character (forgot her name) and Chris Pratt's character (also forgot his name, that movie doesn't really have memorable characters) first meet in the film there's a dynamic where he is fun and relaxed and she is uptight and business-like. The scene appeared in the trailer and Whedon had a hissy-twit (as in a single tweet) where he said it was tootes harking back to sexist gender stereotypes of the 50s or something like that.
