Maybe it's for travelers so they can get a sense of what kind of season they are traveling into. Also the forecast is for an area. It might rain in your city but they can't say, well random potders house has a 20 percent chance of rain. Get indoors! Clouds bloom and get blown around but you can predict and see what's going on with a system, it's just out can be raining in your front yard, dry in the back and you can't really account for that far in advance. <cite>dedbus posted [p:884516686] in i don't ge... Machine Learning is a booming business right now, easy $120k/yr salary if you know it.
