I heard that Clementine isn't in the game as much as previous games.

How much percentage wise, would you say she is still in it? Is she still pivotal to the story?

Besides the main character..the screen time between characters is pretty diverse, it's hard to tell how much screen time she has compared to the rest

But she is not a minor character there, not at all
It's just a matter of "second most important character" or "fifth most important character" in the season

And don't play it now, wait for Season 4

I just played through season 3 yesterday. She's in it a decent amount, like 60% compared to the lead who is there about 95%. There's maybe only two other characters who appear as often. She works a lot better as an NPC. It always bugged me how the adults were constantly asking an eleven year old kid to do all the work in Season 2. Here, she's older and more than capable of doing everything, but her interactions with the lead seem much more realistic. She kinda reminds of Molly in Season One, except she sticks around for the whole series.
