Pro wall street, pro big business, "tough on crime" (a.k.a. unreasonably long sentences so that private prisons can make money), willing to fire missiles into middle east countries when something bad pops up on the news. The largest shift since Reagan happened not because of a changing president, but because of the attacks on 9/11. There's also been a small shift away from tough on crime during the Bush and Obama years when lawmakers realized we were wasting tons of taxpayer money on marijuana possession, but it seems like it's making a comeback under Trump. --- Cats land on their feet.
