For the uninitiated, a cube is the 3-dimensional equivalent of a square.

I have somewhat of a mathematical background, so intellectually I understand what one is. Take a line - 1 dimension. A square has 4 sides, each a line. That's where I lose it - I can't envisage an object whose each "face" is a square. It won't fit in my brain.

Can anybody really, honestly visualize this? Or is it impossible for us 2-dimensional beings?
