Eh, I'd say there's at least a 50/50 chance of them making Kirby an unsung hero and making Lee the comic book villain who stole everything. I guess it depends on who makes it, but a lot of people prefer the dirt.

Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko are hardworking artists who single-handedly create classic characters. Stan Lee steals them and makes them his own.

If they wanted Stan to be the bad guy, they'd make Steve out to be the sole creator of Spider-Man.
