I cook quite a bit. Doing alot of stir fry and korean bbq lately.

I smoke quite a bit as well, love me some caroline pulled pork and coleslaw. Easy and just sit around with some beers while it goin.

I get a lot of requests for my mexican stuff as well. pork chili verde and chili relleno being my favs.

BBQ and grilling are my favorites. Baby back ribs, pulled pork, brisket . . or a nice double or triple cut ribeye over charcoal. Amazing.

I cook a couple times a week and try new items except for weekly meal prep

learning more and trying to get better

I don't make good meals but I make great individual components. I make an awesome spaghetti sauce, pulled pork, London broil, fried rice, chili, phad thai, baked mac and cheese, BBQ baked beans, my world famous post thanksgiving turkey casserole, and a few other things like that. And I'm good at baking.

So hearty foods and sweets is what I am good at making.

I love cooking, especially on the grill. My best stuff is chicken parm, meatloaf, baked stuffed haddock, beef stew, New England steak tips, burgers and New York strip

I don't cook often (outside of premade stuff). But I have a knack for it. Because in the past, when I have done cooking, it has turned out very well.

Throw in many meats and veggies and let it all cook for 12+ hours, add chili powder, garlic salt, and cumin.

completely agree

plus you can buy cheap meats since they'll be tender and soak up all the spices and flavours in the stew

honestly I just get bored and end up cooking lots of different cuisines of food

I look up lots of recipes and see which ones sound legit
