Like, what's the end goal? To run him off the internet?

There are entire YT channels dedicated to gossiping/keeping tabs on every little thing he does. I mean yeah, the guy sucks, but this whole thing seems like weird behavior in and of itself too.

I guess this pretty much applies to all so-called lolcows, but I've been seeing it a lot with him lately.

I get the whole "watching a trainwreck" aspect of it. I use to play LTG compilations of him roasting people in the background as I work because, shit individual aside, he's at least funny sometimes.
What I don't get is dedicating a significant portion of your time to every little thing this person does and onstantly plotting for their downfall.
It comes off as a very "Hurt People Hurt People" kind of thing.

Maybe I'm wrong, but isn't Phil that bad at games? Particularly at even some spots that would be rather easy? Because that's where I feel that even long ago, that's what is leading to the obsession he gets from hate watchers.

The hate has less to do with him being bad at games and more to do with him just being an egotistical asshole who isn't exactly entirely truthful about things. Still, that doesn't warrant being harassed 24/7 by other weirdo assholes on the internet.

some people just like watching a sad clown and DSP is such an easy target...

that said he's so up his own *** that when he gets himself into messes its amusing like watching a drunk wake with his head in a cereal box...

there's something about those lolcows, DSP, Sterling, Reviewtechusa, Boogie, Wings, yongyea, spoony,etc where its hard to look away at these people no matter how hard people try...

I've never come across someone who self sabotages the way DSP does, its so unique I can't look away
