LosslessCut https://www.videohelp.com/software/LosslessCut By far the best video cutter. Anything else requires transcoding and takes extra work and a lot of time to process. This app works instantly. Can't always cut to a specific frame though, but shouldn't be more than a second or two off from where you would like your videos to be spliced. ... Copied to Clipboard!
