The random number generator, if elected president, makes all decisions at random, with the probability based on similar past scenarios (eg. if past presidents have vetoed 10% of laws, the RNG president will have a 10% chance of vetoing any given law). The chance of any given decision will never be lower than 0.1% nor higher than 99.9%.

Donald Trump is Donald Trump, except that in this hypothetical scenario he has even smaller hands.

So yes an RNG can do a far superior job than that so called President in Trump.

RNG

Anything the RNG would do would still need to fall within the law and legal procedure. So the extremely dangerous stuff that it would propose never get approved, and it would work against the GOP roughly 50% of the time.

The only thing here that even remotely gives me pause is the chance of it deciding to nuke anything, but also to be in that decision making spot, we would probably have to be in active heavy war. Trump is someone I could see just arbitrarily deciding to launch a nuke.
