In Canada it's very simple. You just order a burger. They don't ask you how you want it done because that's an asinine question, the same way they wouldn't ask you how you wanted your chicken done.I like my burgers well done too, but why compare chicken with beef? They aren't even remotely the same as far as food safety is concerned. --- Steam/Xbox/PSN = NoxObscuras Z490 | i9-10900K | EVGA 3080 FTW3 Ultra | 32GB DDR4 3600 | 4TB SSD ... Copied to Clipboard!

Those stupid Americans, eating undercooked minced beef.Difference is those dishes use beef that is (or at least should be) ground right before serving. That crap you buy at the supermarket, which is what most people and restaurants use, need to be cooked through because it's sitting around so long bacteria have a chance to grow. It's the same reason you don't eat a raw slab of meat; it's at the very least seared in the outside. --- @('_')@ ... Copied to Clipboard!

Burgers need to be well done, no questions asked. You don't mess with pink/red minced meat that is only graded for cooking and not tartar grade. Your burgers are dry and rubbery because the beef quality is F tier at grocery stores, your aluminum pan sucks, etc.
Steaks are medium rare at all times. --- Since only from below can one better see the heights. http://i.imgur.com/OhZgm.jpg ... Copied to Clipboard!
