What are some cool kaiju movies that really sell the scale/size of these giant monsters?

I can't name which movies, but at least with Godzilla you'll want to be familiar with mothra, Ghidorah, and Mecha Godzilla as those are the most "lore relevant" Godzilla monsters. --- "History Is Much Like An Endless Waltz.
