Yes she'd get a ton of money from such a deal, but at least they could distance themselves from her for future stuff.

George Lucas sold Star Wars for 4 billion dollars and donated almost all of that money to charity

Harry Potter would probably sell for 2 billion and she would use that money for bigoted things

As awful as Jo is, no. WB is easily the most inept Hollywood studio/company out there.

Probably not. Zaslav hates anything that can be anywhere remotely considered a children's franchise. He's already trying to dump DC Comics i think

George Lucas is the only person I can point to that engages in what I have to call spite philanthropy. For example, he owned a large lot of land adjacent to his neighborhood and wanted to build an independent film studio for up-and-coming artists to have a place to film at low cost. The other people in the neighborhood complained so much that he ended up canceling the whole project and instead donated the land to the township under the explicit agreement that it can only be used for low-income housing:

I'm pretty sure him selling Star Wars to Disney and then donating the money was similarly motivated. He had to know Disney would drive the franchise into the ground, but he also didn't seem to love how crazy and obsessive fans were, so giving them their monkeys paw wish and then using his profits for charity absolutely lines up with something he would do.

You seriously think she'd ever sell? Graham Linehan is holding on to his share of the Father Ted IP (putting the proposed Father Ted musical in perpetual limbo as a result) for grim death because it's the only reason he's still even slightly relevant. Harry Potter is that times a thousand. There's no way Rowling would let it go even if Warner Bros offered her all the money in the world.

I never understood that. It's one thing to be annoyed with some of George's creative decisions with Star Wars but the product wouldn't exist without him.

IIRC, they're currently planning a Max series that'll adapt all the books again, so I assume Zaslav is perfectly fine with making money off of Potter one way or another.

But I remember hearing that Zaslav is a right-winger who, among other things, wants to turn CNN into another Fox, so I could easily see him wanting to continue WB's symbiotic relationship with She-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named specifically because he wants to help her genocidal crusade against the trans folks, even if she was willing to sell the Wizarding World IP to him for 12 bucks and a high-five.
