Yeah. Its kind of annoying. I broke down recently and have been paying a guy to do it. Its like $120/month for 2 cuts but I dont have to think about it or deal with getting stung by bees and wasps anymore.

I like owning a home but if I didnt have a kid I would think about going back to renting just for pure convenience purposes.

I have had a grassy lawn in 28 years.

Most people's homes are bordered by neighbors they don't want to see. At this point I don't know if the fake neighbor wave is expected or weird.

I actually enjoy yardwork. Bit of a workout and kind of peaceful. If I ever do get tired or unable to do it, I'll find a kid in the neighborhood before a lawn service.

I had 4 lawns at like 12 years old. That was a nice piece of coin and I learned about shit like cost, profit and budgeting time.

One of the choirs I do around the house is mowing the lawn during the spring/summer/fall months around once every two weeks. It's absolute torture when it's 85F (heat index higher than that) at sunrise with the humidity near 100%. One of the reasons I started exercising is so I could have the stamina to survive mowing the lawn in those conditions.

If it was 68F all summer long with no humidity then I'd have no complaints. It would be a nice way of spending a little time outside.

We have garden snakes in our neighborhood so gotta cut the grass so they don't like living on my yard. I admit I am too lazy for the upkeep even though it takes less than an hour cut the grass.

I'm seriously considering taking in a roommate and have him live rent free so long as he handles all the upkeep.

I don't mind it so much

I got a place relatively recently, and I havent cut my lawn yet. Winter made it seem fine, but now the grass is clearly out of control. Ordered a lawnmower whichll come soon. I doubt Im gonna cut it weekly or even biweekly, but Ill have to finally get around to doing it.

I enjoy cutting my grass and just being outside doing yardwork in general.

Glad I've never had to do it. My parents just hired a lawn service, and I lived in apartments when I was out on my own.

I would take plumbing over yard work. I mean I would do plumbing work more so than yard work. I hate yard work, especially the clean up.

In the peak of summer where I live it absolutely needs cut about every 3 to 4 days. At the end of a week it is really long. You simply can't go two weeks. That is way too long of a wait. I hate mowing lawn.

Hated it as a kid when it became part of my chores starting in 4th grade. Thought maybe as a homeowner it would be different since it was my lawn, my place, all that. Lasted like a week or two and then I just disliked it again.

I do all the other inside chores weekly and don't mind any of them. Laundry, dusting, vacuuming, clean the kitchen, totally clean the bathroom. Don't mind it at all. Hate mowing lawn.

Nah too hot, too many bugs plus I got other stuff I'd rather do.
Pay a local landscaping company $35/week to deal with it lol
