The reason they state medium as well as large is because there are some crust styles that cost more, or are only technically available via medium. For example at Domino's, there is no large pan pizza, it only comes in medium, but pan also normally costs more, because you get a heck of a lot more pizza when it's pan style than you normally do in other styles. When it comes to Dominos specifically, their normal crust mediums, they're like, $7, currently. More than $6, yes, but, you know... "inflation." I think pan is... two dollars more?
