For example, I was watching One Piece on Hulu, but I don't see it on Disney+ at all.

They are two separate services. You need to subscribe to both to get all the content.

It's probably got something to do with whatever deal Hulu has with Crunchyroll or Toei for the One Piece license. It's probably the same reason One Piece Dub took so long to move over to crunchyroll after that merger ... Copied to Clipboard!

Some shows and movies haven't moved over due to licensing. You'll have to continue using the Hulu app to watch one piece for now
