My feeling is that it didn't feel like any of the mistakes were malicious. You can tell when writers or a showrunner are actively antagonizing a fanbase but I never got that sense with Fallout. Feels like they respect and like the source material they just got stuff wrong at times. Like Wheel of Time. The teleport scene was unforgivable. I never get angry at a show.
