The fact my uncle actually asked both of em where the money goes and they just gave vague answers ("whoever department and families need it") was all sorts of dumb red flags. ESPECIALLY the police one, as they tried to pose as doing it for a local department until the caller was pressed "Which local department" without giving a town name. --- "I will be your superhero!!!"
