Growing up from a kid I slept in underwear and through high school I slept in boxers and thats it. Same in the military. Just boxers. When I came home in 1999 I started sleeping nude. Been 25 years now. Its the only way to sleep for me.
In a worse case scenario I can sleep in boxers but never in my life will I sleep with a t-shirt on or any type of pajama top. Rolling over with a shirt on is just no. Im 48 and Ive never worn a shirt to bed. Only as a literal baby in a jumper. Sleeping nude gives me so much comfort. I sleep in shorts and t-shirt so as to not scandalize anyone when I wake up. I am not really conscious when I'm awake: The boot sequence gets to breakfast and bathroom before "where am I" and "who am I"
